Refund and Return Policy

Important Note: Due to the sensitive nature of electronic components, we are unable to offer refunds on these items.

Returns for Incorrect Items

We understand mistakes happen. If you receive an incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience and will be happy to facilitate an exchange.

  • You have 03 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
  • The item(s) must be in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

  2. We will verify the mistake and provide a return authorization number (RAN) along with instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Securely pack the unopened and undamaged item(s) in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring the return shipment for your protection.

Exchanges

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the exchange for the correct product you originally ordered.
  • If the desired replacement product is unavailable, we will offer you a store credit for the full purchase price of the returned item.
  • Any difference in price between the originally ordered and replacement product will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened electronic components (due to sensitive nature)
  • Used or damaged items (unless damaged upon arrival)
  • Items without original packaging or receipt
  • Items outside the return window
